What are the components of a LINC solution?
At the start of every LINC partnership, we talk in depth about what you want to see at the end of our engagement. Steven Covey called this “Beginning with the end in mind.” From your outcomes, we work to backward-design the interventions that will be needed to achieve that vision. What will teachers need to learn, experience, and see to bring that vision to life.

Assessment
LINC provides an array of assessment tools to determine the readiness of organizations to implement blended and digital learning initiatives. From observation protocols, to walkthrough tools, to surveys, LINC’s assessments provide school leaders with the data needed to properly pace and support their innovation work.
Coaching
LINC offers two types of coaching: Executive Coaching for leaders and Targeted Teacher Coaching. Provided virtually or onsite, LINC’s Transformation Coaches can be used at leadership’s discretion to build capacity and provide personalized support to staff. These flexible coaching sessions can be utilized for supporting content area teams, conducting student-data analysis, doing classroom observations, modeling, co-leading meetings, or facilitating small group collaboration. The options are limitless.
Virtual or Onsite Workshops
LINC delivers workshops for leaders and teachers to model new strategies, introduce new concepts, and build shared vision among your team. Workshops include such topics as:
